Money is important for people to live. In my opinion, the most important aspect of a job is the money a person earns. On the other hand, people must improve themselves.
Besides money, opportunities are very important for workers. Everyone wants to work in a big company. Big companies' payments are higher than small companies.
The most advantageous thing to give an example; it provides place to stay, and eating opportunities for workers. On the other hand; big companies provide many conferences for worker. This work is very hard. On the other hand, people can join activities and meet new friends, actors and professors.
Language is the most significant all of things. It increases workers' salaries and it cause to earn lots of money. Company can also send workers abroad.
To put it in a nutshell; the money which people earn is very valuable, therefore they do not spend their own money. If they can earn lots of money, maybe they can spend easily.
